All faulty goods returned to us within 1 year of date of order will be replaced or refunded in full, if the item is indeed faulty. Please telephone us 01702 258903 (Mon-Friday 9.30 to 5.00) Closed weekends to obtain a returns number beforehand. If you are returning an item of value (i.e. a Laptop battery), we would suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post office, as parcels often go missing in the post, and we cannot refund or exchange an item if we have not received it, or no proof of postage is available.
We also offer a 14 day "cooling off" period, which means any items returned to us within the 14 day period, in the original undamaged packaging, will be refunded in full, less the cost of postage (i.e only the cost of the goods themselves will be refunded if the goods are not "faulty").
Not going to be home to receive your delivery from us? We can deliver to another address other than your registered card address, so why not arrange for delivery to your work address?
