The Battery Company is a well established business selling replacement and rechargeable batteries, wholesale and retail. We supply an extensive range of industrial and domestic batteries to factories, outlets and direct to the public .

Please note that our extensive range of batteries does not extend to Car Batteries and Mobile Phone Batteries. This is because mobile phone batteries change almost on a weekly basis, and therefore its hard to keep up to date with them. Car batteries are difficult to transport, and more often than not the customer wants them fitted, which we cannot do.

All our prices are INCLUDING VAT . We charge seperately for shipping, which is much better than adding the shipping cost to individual battery prices, which would mean you would have to pay for shipping several times when you buy more than 1 battery. Shipping is worked out on the total weight of your order. You will be given several options to choose from for shipping:- 1st Class standard Mail, 1st or 2nd class recorded Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parceline 24 or 48 hour courier (except weekends). For heavier items we would recommend using Parceline, as the price is not too expensive if you are ordering several items, and it is quicker and more secure than Royal Mail. All stock orders received 2.30pm on a weekday will be despatched the same day . If we cannot complete your order we will let you know estimated delivery time.

Returns Policy

All faulty goods returned to us within 1 year of date of order will be replaced or refunded in full, if the item is indeed faulty. Please telephone us on 01702 258903 to obtain a returns number and returns label beforehand. If you are returning an item of value (i.e a Laptop battery, we would suggest that you obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post office, as parcels occassionally go missing in the post, and we cannot refund or exchange an item if we have not received it, or no proof of postage is available.

We also offer a 14 day "cooling off" period, which means that any goods returned to us in the original undamaged packaging, within 14 day, will be refunded in full. In these cases the cost of carriage must be paid by the customer.
